Because our products are downloadable digital files, all sales are generally final. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Our products are pre-made downloadable digital goods, including HTML/CSS landing page templates and related documentation.
No physical goods will be shipped.
No custom work, implementation, setup, consulting, or other services are included unless clearly stated otherwise.

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the purchase has been completed and the files have been delivered or made available for download.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund, replacement, or other reasonable remedy only in the following cases:
  1. The purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened.
  2. The wrong product was delivered due to an error on our side.
  3. A duplicate charge or other clear billing error has occurred.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in cases including, but not limited to, the following:
  1. The customer changed their mind after purchase.
  2. The customer purchased the product by mistake.
  3. The customer lacks the required environment, software, knowledge, or hosting setup needed to use the product.
  4. The customer no longer needs the product.
  5. The customer is dissatisfied with styling, wording, layout structure, or suitability after downloading, where such matters were visible from the product description or sample images.
  6. The customer requests customization, implementation, setup, or support services that are not included in the product.

Download-Related Issues

If you experience a problem with downloading or opening the product files, please contact us through our official contact form within 7 days of purchase.

Please include the following information:
– Product name
– Order number
– Description of the issue
– Device / OS / browser or software used
– Any error message, if available

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file or another reasonable solution.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
We will make reasonable efforts to review the issue and respond appropriately.
